Dip dyed vintage 90s Haldora of Rhinebeck convertible skirt. Lightweight silk drawstring skirt is one size fits all and can be turned into a halter or strapless dress. Black houndstooth pattern on cream, dyed in vibrant bands of red, hibiscus pink and orange.
